The National Air and Space Museum's Udvar-Hazy Center is an impressive
hangar-like facility dedicated to the display and preservation of
historic aviation and space artifacts. Located off Route 28 near
Washington Dulles International Airport, the Center's best known
displays include the Space Shuttle "Enterprise" and the
B-29 Superfortress "Enola Gay" among others.
Admission
is FREE. Donations are accepted.
Open daily 10 am-5:30 pm. Closed Dec. 25th.
$12 public parking fee. Shuttle bus service connects both
National
Air and Space Museum facilities (shuttle bus fee)
